Energy Day 2025

 Energy Day 2025

The USAID-funded Center of Excellence for Energy (COE/E), led by Arizona State University, will host its Stakeholder Meeting, Energy Day, on February 2, 2025. The event will bring together distinguished policymakers, private sector leaders, and the higher education community to showcase the Center’s progress and gather actionable insights. These contributions will support Egypt’s energy sustainability through strategic education and research capacity-building.

Date: Sunday, 2 February 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue: InterContinental Cairo Semiramis, Cleopatra Hall, Cairo, Egypt

By collaboratively shaping future strategies, the Center can ensure its curriculum development, applied research, international exchange, specialized training, and sustainability efforts are aligned with evolving industry requirements and Egypt’s Vision 2030 goals.

Energy Day provides a platform to engage in high-level dialogue with national and regional experts on issues relating to energy transition, efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and energy-water nexus, among other topics.

The event’s “Energy Innovation Expo” will showcase innovative energy solutions by Egyptian scholars and students, supported by the Center of Excellence for Energy, and foster opportunities for partnerships in research and clean energy deployment.

The detailed agenda for Energy Day 2025 is now available, outlining insightful sessions on Egypt’s energy transition, innovation, and sustainability.
