In-Country Director
As a highly capable and self-starting leader, mentor, and project manager, with over 21 years of experience, Dalia has been accountable for operations, procurement, code of ethics, compliance, finance, human resources, office systems, and staff performance and security. She has acted as the project representative to government contacts and was the signatory and approver for threshold and sign-off for all government documentation.
She has accumulated a wealth of experience while working as the Director of Operations and Training Advisor with several USAID projects and with other organizations. In addition to her extensive project work and leadership duties, she obtained a combined Master of Business Administration and Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
