Dr. Mohamed specializes in power electronics applications, renewable Energy interfacing and voltage/frequency stability. He earned his Ph.D., and M.Sc., degrees from Ain Shams University.
He was elected as a board member of the electrical engineering committee by the Egyptian engineer’s syndicate. Also elected as a board member of Ain Shams University Professors club. He was also a member of various delegations representing Egypt at the University of Waterloo, Canada (Scientific mission, PAROWN initiative, Ministry of Higher Education) and the (World Energy Congress), Sydney, Australia (The periodic conference of the World Energy Council) and many others.
