 Assistant Professor, Electrical Engineering Dept., Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura university, Mansoura, Egypt.                                                

Dr. Islam specializes in energy management, Integration of renewable energy systems, smart grids, and electric vehicles. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from the Electrical Engineering Dept., Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University.
Currently, he is the Executive Vice Director of Mechatronics Engineering Program, Mechatronics Engineering Program (Credit Hours Program), and an Assistant Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, at Mansoura University. Dr. Islam got several journals and scientific publications.
