Professor. Electrical Engineering Dept. Mansoura University.                                                                         

Dr. Sahar earned her Ph.D. in electrical engineering, from Howard University, Washington, DC, USA. While her Master of Science, was in electrical engineering, from Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt.
Prof. Sahar is the vice dean for community service and environmental affairs, faculty of Engineering. She is also the director of the renewable and sustainable energy engineering program at Mansoura University plus working there as well as a Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department.
Dr. Sahar participated in many research projects, and she got several journals and scientific publications.
